Information we collect

• Booking details you give us. Your name, phone number, the treatment you want and your preferred time — supplied when you call, message or walk in.
• WhatsApp messages. Messages you send us are held in our WhatsApp Business account. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and its own privacy terms apply to the delivery of those messages.
• Website usage data. Standard analytics and advertising measurement data — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site — collected through Google Tag Manager and the tags configured inside it.

How we use it

• To confirm, prepare and deliver the treatment you booked.
• To reply to questions about services, prices and availability.
• To understand which pages and advertisements bring guests to the spa, so we spend our advertising budget sensibly.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.

Cookies and measurement

This site loads Google Tag Manager, which may in turn load Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement tags. These use cookies and similar identifiers to recognise a returning browser and to attribute a booking enquiry to the advertisement or search result that led to it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

The Google Maps panel on our contact and homepage sections only loads when you choose to open it, so no map cookies are set unless you ask for the map.

Sharing

Information is shared only with service providers that make the website and our booking process work — currently Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads and Maps), Meta (WhatsApp and advertising measurement) and our website hosting provider. Each processes data under its own terms.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as needed to run the business and meet UAE record-keeping requirements. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period set in our Google accounts.

Your choices

Our treatments are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information about children.
