Terms & booking policy

Bookings

Bookings are made by phone, WhatsApp or in person at the spa. A booking is confirmed only once our team has replied to confirm the treatment, therapist and time. Walk-in guests are welcome subject to availability.

Prices

Prices shown on this website are the standard rates for a 60 minute treatment, in UAE dirhams. Longer sessions, additional treatments and package rates are quoted on request. We keep this site up to date, but the price confirmed when you book is the price that applies.

Offers

The 20% discount applies to treatments that begin before 6:00 PM. Offers are not automatically combined; where more than one could apply we will tell you which gives the better rate. Offers may be changed or withdrawn, and the terms in force on the day of your visit apply.

Arrival and lateness

Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment. If you arrive late, the treatment may be shortened so the following guest is not delayed, and the full price still applies.

Cancellations

Let us know as early as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment and we will rebook you at no cost. Repeated no-shows may mean we ask for confirmation or a deposit before holding a room in future.

Payment

Payment is taken at the spa after your treatment. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at reception.

Health

Tell your therapist before the session about pregnancy, recent surgery, injuries, skin conditions, allergies or any medical condition affecting treatment. Our treatments are for relaxation and wellbeing and are not medical care or a substitute for it. We may decline or adapt a treatment where it would not be safe.

Conduct

Our therapists provide professional, non-sexual treatments only. Any inappropriate behaviour, request or language ends the session immediately, the full price remains payable, and we reserve the right to refuse future bookings.

Personal belongings

Please keep valuables with you. We cannot accept responsibility for items left at the spa.
