Late opening
Still open when most spas have closed
A lot of “spa near me” searches happen after work, after a gym session or late on a weekend, when the nearest place has already locked the door. We run until midnight every night of the week, which means a proper hour on the bed is still possible at 10 PM.
The last full session starts in good time before closing. If you are cutting it fine, send a WhatsApp on the way and we will hold the room.

Rather than claiming to be “nearby”, here is the honest drive from each surrounding community. Every route comes off Al Ain Road at the Majan exit.

You are already here — we are on the ground level of Midtown Central Mall, past the supermarket.
- Al Barari5 min
Out towards Al Ain Road, then turn for Majan. You reach the mall before the Dubailand junction.
- Dubailand & Liwan5–8 min
Follow the signs for Majan off Al Ain Road. The mall is on the Majan side, opposite the residential towers.
- Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO)5–7 min
Join Al Ain Road towards Al Ain and exit at Majan. Midtown Central Mall is on your right off the interchange.
- Arabian Ranches8–10 min
Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road towards Al Ain Road, then exit at Majan.
- Academic City & Ras Al Khor10–14 min
Head for Al Ain Road and come off at the Majan exit. Parking is inside the mall.

Is there a spa near me open now?
If it is between 11:00 AM and midnight, yes — we are open every day of the week, including weekends and public holidays. The last sessions start before midnight, so message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you exactly what is free tonight.
How far is VIP Spa Majan from Silicon Oasis or Dubailand?
About 5–7 minutes from Dubai Silicon Oasis and roughly 5–8 minutes from Dubailand and Liwan, straight off Al Ain Road. Al Barari is the closest at around 5 minutes.
Can I walk in, or do I need to book?
Walk-ins are welcome and we can often start within a few minutes. Weekend evenings are the busiest window, so a quick WhatsApp message ahead of time is the safest way to get the room and time you want.
Is there parking at the spa?
Yes. Parking is free inside Midtown Central Mall, and we are on the ground level, so it is a short walk from the car.
What does a session cost?
Massage treatments start at AED 200 for 60 minutes and the Moroccan bath is AED 250. Anything that starts before 6 PM gets 20% off. The full price list is on this page.
Do you have private rooms?
Every treatment is in an individual VIP room with a door that closes — not a curtained bay. Couples can share one room.
